The Challenge
As part of the point-of-sale (POS) modernization project across more than 120 stores in Argentina, our client needed to manage a high volume of software testing activities, including planning, execution, and reporting. To support this effort, the organization required a solution capable of centralizing test management, providing end-to-end visibility into the process, and improving both efficiency and the quality of deliverables.
The Solution
At Baufest, we proposed implementing Xray, a test management solution that enables teams to create test cases, monitor execution, communicate findings, track testing progress, and generate metrics.
Working alongside five business areas, we implemented Xray and integrated it with Jira in just one week, while providing training and ongoing support to 30 users.
